Kim has been a Douglas County resident for the last 32 years, moving to Roseburg from Coos Bay. Kim and her husband Russ have a son, a daughter, a grandchild and 3 grand-dogs, they are her pride and joy. After moving to Roseburg, Kim worked for the Douglas County school district she was a classroom assistant and office secretary at Winchester Elementary School, then moved on the be the Administrative Secretary to the principal of Roseburg High.
