Congratulations Kathy Collins - REALTOR of the Year!

Kathy has been in the Real Estate industry for 19 years spending the first 12 years in Property Management. In 2000 she obtained her license to sell Real Estate and spent 4 months working in a local Escrow office. Kathy completed the GRI, ABR and in 2007 earned the AS...P (Accredited Staging Professional) and ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist). Kathy has been a member of the Douglas County Board of Realtors as a director for 5 years serving as State Director, Secretary, Vice President, President Elect, President and Past President and 7 years as a chairperson/committee member for the PR committee, Education Club, ORPAC and Community Involvement. It is her goal to give to her clients (both buyers and sellers) all of the advantages her level of education can offer.

ARCA RE/MAX Series

The Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) was founded in 1953 in Toledo, Ohio, as a Midwest-based stock car auto racing sanctioning body. Now in its sixth decade, ARCA is recognized as among the leading sanctioning bodies in the country. ARCA administers approximately 100 race events each season in four professional touring series and sanctioned local short tracks on a weekly basis. Some 400 race drivers are licensed by ARCA to compete.

Since RE/MAX became the title sponsor in 1995, the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship has evolved from a low-key event to the premier grass-roots golf event in the world - one that includes golfers from virtually every corner of the globe, and one whose finals are televised annually on ESPN.

Golfers from a dozen countries compete every October at the Long Drive finals in Mesquite, NV. Competitors come from more than 125 countries to qualify.
